- Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $55,000 and $70,000

- Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests

- Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development
- Coordinating the start-up of new accounts
- Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- A consecutive and stable work history - showing tenure and upward movement in prior roles
- A clean driving record
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
