Retail Sales Administrator and Dispatch Associate

BuildVolume 3D Printer Store is looking for a Retail Sales Administrator and Dispatch to join our team in Bee Cave, Austin.

Duties:

· This person will have to take phone calls, book meetings and assist clients,

· Packing of orders that need to be couriered,

· Compiling of invoices,

· Managing the online website enquiries and orders,

· Manage and process telephonic and walk-in sales,

· Serve refreshments during meetings,

· General Secretarial duties,

· Relieve other staff when required,

· Inventory control,

· Perform other tasks and duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

· Own Transport – Own Car.

· Good Communication skills

· Good Computer skills

· Attention to detail

· Number orientated

· Good Customer service

· 3D Printing experience advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
