Assistant Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and youth development, with the ability to inspire and educate students in various athletic disciplines. This role involves working closely with the head coach to develop training programs, facilitate practices, and support the overall growth of our athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for students in sports.
• Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of the game to enhance their performance.
• Provide supervision and ensure the safety of all participants during practices and events.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among athletes.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and expectations.
• Help organize competitions, events, and team meetings as needed.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use.

Experience

• Previous experience working with youth or students in a coaching or educational capacity is preferred.
• Background in physical education, childcare, or relevant sports experience is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of physical fitness principles and the ability to climb or engage in physically demanding activities may be required.

Pay: From $500.00 per month
