The Associate Marketing Manager supports and executes a wide range of marketing initiatives. This includes marketing calendar support and ideation, management of shopper marketing (i.e. in-store display, loyalty programs), and aspects of reporting. This role ensures Built drives awareness and consideration with a consistent brand presence, and interacts cross-functionally with creative, sales, social, and DTC teams. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for brand marketing, combined with a strong attention to detail, consumer empathy and desire to learn and grow This candidate is on top of trends, has a passion for creative and loves all things social. This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand. The Role Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Calendar Support : Supports the development of marketing calendar, inclusive of ideation and capturing key moments across social, retail, media and DTC Contributes to social and content brainstorming (working closely with Social Media Manager), and supports an on-going connection with the creative team to create thumb-stopping, must share and on-brand content Shopper Marketing : Supports shopper marketing initiatives, working closely with sales and marketing, to help derive plans that drive in-store demand and product trial Briefs creative team and works with external vendors to ensure on-brand communications in-store, and to execute tactics with excellence Reporting : Monitors social feedback and provides recommended responses, in partnership with CS and working closely with Social Media Manager Supports the reporting of monthly social media performance, including brand sentiment, and reports these to marketing and cross-functional teams Supports competitor and industry trend tracking across social, innovation and media to help inform marketing strategies Working closely with Marketing Project Manager, makes sure projects are done on time and on budget, where applicable Attends all related cross-functional meetings Other duties as assigned Meet all deadlines as directed Skills - Our Ideal Candidate You Are : A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and drive results in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines Creative, curious, and passionate growing as a brand marketer Energized to present and work with cross-functional stakeholders Proficient in marketing tools and software, including but are not limited to; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Monday) You Have : Bachelors Degree Minimum 2-3 years of brand marketing, marketing agency and / or product marketing experience Preferred : experience working for a CPG brand Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail Proactive, problem-solving, self-starter comfortable working independently Has a knack for identifying trends, anticipating changes, and recommending next moves Passionate and knowledgeable about health, wellness, nutrition, and consumer packaged goods About Built Brands Built Brands is disrupting the bar category with a completely new and exciting product called Built Puff.
