Built Brands is looking for a driven Marketing Projects Lead to help propel our brand forward. This key role involves overseeing marketing project planning, developing work back schedules, and acting as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be a skilled problem solver, able to effectively manage multiple priorities, and possess excellent collaboration and communication skills.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing marketing project planning, execution, and delivery across marketing subgroups.
- Leading cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and providing detailed recaps with next steps.
- Using project management tools (Monday.com) to track creative milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Owning retail packaging and artwork review process.
- Coordinating product development projects via stage gate.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of marketing project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
