Built is looking for a Facilities Technician. This person will be responsible to help maintain the beauty of our building inside and out, and be responsible for various routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Cleaning common areas and supervising the grounds
- Administrative: Assisting with record-keeping, and inventory management
- Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards, fire prevention, and security, parking lot safety
- Event management: Setting up and taking down for events, and managing reservations
- Communication: Composing correspondence, including emails, and reports
- Building: Operate an outdoor sweeper; schedule and oversee garbage collection; perform routine maintenance (i.e. paint parking spaces, leaf blowing, snow shoveling, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
