Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Oversee the temporary staffing work force
- Support affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Participate in performance management processes, helping to facilitate employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate on organization design efforts to optimize workforce structure and efficiency.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support for employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years staffing experience or personnel management
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all HR functions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
