It has our retail partners talking too! Born as a DTC brand, Built is expanding rapidly across the U.S. with distribution in Walmart, Sam’s, and Costco to name just a few.
We are looking to add an experienced Production Planner to our team to ensure our supply chain and production planning operations function properly. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Production, to create effective production plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great communication and planning ability.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflow for all products manufactured at Built Brands, LLC.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Schedule shifts with Production Manager according to production needs.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Document and obtain output information (number of finished products, overall yield, etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, marketing, purchasing and other departmental staff.
Requirements for the Job
- 3 years working in Manufacturing Planning or Production Planning REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of production planning processes.
- Creative problem solving - we need "outside the box" thinkers
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Insane attention to detail
