Built Brands seeks a seasoned Marketing Projects Lead to spearhead marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution across various departments. This vital role involves owning and leading the marketing project planning process, developing detailed work back schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines, and maintain effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving marketing project planning, execution, and delivery across marketing subgroups.
- Leading cross-functional meetings, creating agendas, facilitating discussions, and providing detailed recaps with next steps.
- Using project management tools (Monday.com) to track creative milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Owning retail packaging and artwork review process.
- Coordinating product development projects via stage gate.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing project management experience.
- Experience using Monday.com and shepherding product development process.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
