As the Vice President of Sales - US Federal at SpyCloud, you will be instrumental in spearheading our sales efforts and expanding our footprint within the US Federal Government (and a portion of US state governments). Your strategic leadership, deep understanding of the US government markets (federal and state), and sales expertise will be critical in driving growth and achieving sales targets.

What You'll Do :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US government sector, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- US Federal Channel Strategy : Identify and pursue an effective strategy for leveraging US Federal Systems Integrators to more deeply penetrate the US Federal government.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a results-driven sales team across the US Government sector, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Customer Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding their cybersecurity challenges and positioning SpyCloud's solutions as the preferred choice.
- Sales Operations : Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiations, ensuring efficient pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous improvement.
- Sales Performance : Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyzing sales data to track progress and optimize performance.
- Industry Expertise : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting US Government markets, providing insights to enhance SpyCloud's competitive edge.
