Responsibilities
- Manage communication between the field and the project managment team to ensure project alignment and success.
- Read and interpret blueprints to assist in project planning and execution.
- Work alongside Top Hands and Technicians to ensure a positive outcome.
- Conduct quality control assessments to ensure all work meets established standards.
- Operate various tools specific to tower maintenace and modifications.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations throughout all phases of the project.
- Collaborate with team members via phone and email to communicate project status.
- Assist in the development of a small and growing company.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Strong management skills to oversee the success of the crew and maintenance of company assigned eqipement.
- Knowledge of tower construction processes, including TT&P, typical site maintenance and a variety of tower modifications.
- Able to identify common issues onsite and provide possible solutions.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations to ensure workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to do what needs to be done to assist with a growing business.
