Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales metrics to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process (e.g., understanding drivers of the average sales cycle) and recommend strategies to accelerate timelines.
- Design and refine scalable sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to draft and refine the Sales Playbook and develop mechanisms to track Account Executive (AE) adoption and execution.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to set input metric targets and implement mechanisms to monitor and report on performance.
- Develop a methodology for creating quantitatively driven bookings forecasts, compare them with Sales Manager forecasts, and analyze discrepancies.
- Act as the data-backed “truth teller” to drive accountability and transparency in team performance.
- Manage and enhance tools like the pricing calculator, ROI model, whitespace model, and account-plating frameworks.
- Continuously refine and optimize these deliverables to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
- Create and maintain trackers for specific initiatives, such as CRE inspection pitches and performance feedback loops.
- Identify and prioritize top accounts within targeted segments (e.g., Nonbank Residential).
- Leverage AI tools like GPT to support AEs in pitch preparation.
- Explore alternative data sources and innovative methods to improve go-to-market (GTM) efficacy.
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role within a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in building and optimizing sales processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales teams, and analytics partners.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement technologies is a plus.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
