POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist the Agency and Producer in the processing of Insurance. To provide service to our customers and keep them informed about their coverage. Provide technical support to Producers. Seek referrals for prospective clients. Help the Agency reach business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately in an agency management software system. You will be responsible for handling an established book of business as well as assist with the placement of new business.
- Maintaining at least a 90% retention rate.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims and billing efficiently.
The position is located at our headquarters on Broad Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
- A qualified candidate must have experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance.
- Candidate must hold an insurance license in the states of Tennessee and/or Georgia.
- The position requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately in an agency management software system.
- You will be responsible for handling an established book of business as well as assist with the placement of new business.
- The ideal candidate is team oriented and has the ability to work with other staff on assigned projects.
