- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Forge crew members (hammers, presses, and upsetters)
- Secondary operators
- Adapt easily to changes in duties and will work in other departments as needed
- Previous factory experience required, willing to train candidates with the right attitude
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
