What you will do
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to every guest visiting the restaurant
- Overview the bookings and arrange the restaurant set up accordingly
- Ensure that all customers enjoy personalized and efficient service
- Ensure that all checks are accurate and payment are received following the hotel procedures
- Ensure that the restaurant is set up and ready for each service period
- Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the pantry and back of house area
- Handling the retail corner and maximizing the sales

- Prior luxury experience
- Prior service experience
- Professional English proficiency is a must, Arabic, Russian, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus
