Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time remote Strategic Account Executive role responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new customers to target. Ideally based in Vancouver, CA, this person will lead the development of FIBC and complementary solution solutions sales, maintain a thorough understanding of the industry and collaborate with the sales team. The right candidate needs to be highly motivated, a hunter, open to exciting challenges, and wants to be part of a high performing team.

• Drives new business and opens new doors.
• Consistently seeks and develops new business opportunities.
• Manages CRM, pipeline, and target accounts.
• Build and foster relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Prepares forecasts, territory management, and growth plans.
• Achieves annual sales goals and plan.
• Build a strong and robust pipeline.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong experience building new business and opening doors.
• Prior experience in packaging and specifically FIBC sales is preferred.
• Background in agriculture and dairy markets beneficial
• Experience with CRM / NetSuite
• Experience in total cost of ownership and selling solutions.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 and small companies alike.
• Tactical experience in developing key accounts.
• Experience cross-selling and driving share of wallet opportunities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and creativity to solve challenges and opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, and honesty.
• Ability to travel 30% or more.
