The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ISO Tank Workshop Manager to join our team. The successful candidate requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and organizational skills.
Principle Duties
- Deep understanding of ISO tank maintenance, repair, and inspection processes.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and various repair techniques specific to ISO tanks.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to delegate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor staff performance.
- Implementation and maintenance of quality control processes.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to workshop operations.
Core Skills/Attributes
- Experience in a supervisory role within an ISO tank or similar industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues clearly and concisely both written and verbal.
- Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Maintaining accurate records of all workshop activities.
- Preparing regular reports on performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
