Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Chicago Heights, IL. The Training Coordinator will develop and execute training programs, coordinate employee orientations, and ensure that training initiatives meet organizational needs. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing training schedules, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
