BCTG’s direct Life Sciences client is looking for a Release Train Engineer / Senior Scrum Master with scaled agile experiences . This person will be responsible for leading 2-3 Agile teams for implementing IT projects in the Quality Systems and Compliance in a GXP environment. The Scrum Master will lead Agile ceremonies, planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Product Owners and team members to practice healthy backlog management, prioritization practices, and implementing new solutions
- Prepares for and facilitates release planning with teams
- Assists in dependency management and cross team coordination
- Facilitates continuous improvement
- Facilitates ceremonies, collaboration, communication, and conflict management
- Removes impediments to the team’s ability to perform
- Facilitates team development, mediates conflicts protecting the team and encourages healthy team dynamics
- Fosters team responsibility, self-accountability, transparency and self-organization
- Leverages coaching skills to help the team learn to solve its own problems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
