Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an SAP EWM Analyst to assist with the rollout and support of the SAP EWM solution in one of their plants. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of IT experience, have led at least 1-2 SAP EWM greenfield implementations, have 7 years of SAP WM experience, and be an excellent communicator with a proven history of working directly with business users to ensure successful adoption of the SAP WM/EWM solution.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Study, analyze and support different business processes related to demand, shopfloor production, inventory/bin management, and overall warehousing in the company.
- Conduct gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template.
- Collaborate with business teams and provide industry standard solutions.
- Perform configuration individually with minimal supervision.
- This resource will be tasked with Hands-on configuration of the Inventory/Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM) modules, as well as Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM) modules where needed.
- Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy, third party software, 3PL and non-SAP systems.
- Execute all typical Testing cycles as executed in a standard SAP platform – SIT, INT, RGR, E2E.
- Provide support for the SAP platform, triaging and solving issues.
- Work using Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functional areas to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of IT experience
- Experience leading 1-2 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
- 7 years of SAP WM experience
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interface directly with business and play IT liaison to the business role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Previous Life Science experience preferred
