BCTG’s direct client is looking for an on-site SAP MDG consultant to assist with post go-live support.
Responsibility
- Take over MDG Release 1 post go-live support from Implementation Partner (SAP America) in following Master Data areas Material Master,
- Business Partner (Customer, Vendor)
- Finance Master Data (GL, PC, CC)
- Receive KT from Implementation Team and Prepare a MDG runbook
- Manage MDG Incidents and Change Requests in steady state support
- Liaison with offshore MDG resources and help establish a support model for ongoing support
Skills and Experience
- 10 years of SAP MDG experience in SAP MDG-Material, SAP MDG-Customer, SAP MDG-Supplier, MDG-Finance, and custom objects.
- At least 2 implementation/upgrade projects and/or 4 support engagements involving master data management solutions using latest SAP MDG tools and technologies.
- Expert in BRF Framework/Applications for rule-based derivations and validations as well as using Storage Types, Context Data Objects, Rule sets, Rules, Functions, Events, Actions and Expressions.
- Experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programing / Web Services / SAP Workflow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
