Essential Job Functions :
- Help sequence and prioritize projects to deliver against identified business and IT goals.
- Lead or participate in project-related business discussions to ensure requirements are well understood, appropriately documented, and business objectives (including quantified benefits) will be adequately addressed by the technology solution.
- Work with SAP Leadership to align project deliveries with release management and other development activities to minimize impact on daily operations and ensure smooth project deployment.
- Planning : Working with teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Managing : Overseeing project scope, timelines, finances, and change management.
- Monitoring : Tracking project progress and identifying and managing risks.
- Reporting : Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
- Communicating : Liaising with stakeholders and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical staff.
- Resolving issues : Assisting in resolving issues that arise during the project.
- Ensuring quality : Ensuring projects are delivered within defined quality standards.
- Supporting learning : Supporting continuous learning and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Working in teams : Working within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
