The Bull at Pinehurst Farms, Wisconsin’s only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Front and Back of House operations in our restaurant with a hands-on approach. The Food and Beverage Manager will also work closely with the Executive Chef and Event Coordinator to implement successful Weddings, Golf Outings, and other events.
Responsibilities:
· Direct, manage, and oversee FOH operations as it relates to service, sales, and inventory
· Work with Executive Chef, Event Coordinator, and other Department Heads to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, high level of service, and productivity
· Maintain communication between FOH and BOH
· Research, purchase, inventory, and requisition beverages
· Manage employment practices of the Food & Beverage Department including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance
· Ensure compliance with licensing, F & B regulations, hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
Experience & Qualifications:
· Education: High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage Management experience is required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
