This is a full-time, immediate-hire role offering competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will handle security management functions such asFacility Security Officer (FSO), ITPSO, and CPSO, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and security standards. Key Responsibilities : Act as the Facility Security Officer (FSO), ITPSO, and CPSO for multiple clients. Manage DD 254s, personnel clearances, and related security documentation. Utilize DISS, NISS, and NBIS systems for personnel security tracking and clearance management. Ensure compliance with federal laws, executive orders, and security regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures. Conduct security assessments and audits, addressing vulnerabilities as needed. Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to support security objectives. Provide security guidance and training to staff and clients. Travel as required to client sites within the National Capital Region. Requirements : Must-Haves : Active U.S. Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance with SCI Access Eligibility. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), including work with the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA). Proficiency with DISS, NISS, and NBIS systems. FSO Certification for Possessing Facilities and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, such as CFR 32, Rule 5305, and relevant executive orders. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor. Nice-to-Haves : NCMS ISP Certification.
