Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage engineering development projects and oversee successful sprint releases.
- Develop or review business requirements documents and establish clear project timelines.
- Drive iteration execution, communicating project updates and milestones to management and stakeholders.
- Address project conflicts and evolving requirements to maintain optimal team performance.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and root cause analysis to refine team processes and boost productivity.
- Maintain team data in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to support estimation accuracy and tracking.
- Provide concise project summaries and updates for senior leadership.
- Partner with product owners to manage team dynamics, prioritize tasks, and refine scope.
Requirements :
Location : On-site in Charleston, SC, with possible hybrid flexibility. Compensation : $120,000 - $165,000 Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
