Our client is looking for a dedicated System Administrator to oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and support of Linux operating systems and enterprise-level infrastructure. The role requires a technically skilled individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively, communicate across diverse teams, and contribute to the transition to cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain system infrastructure, including databases, hardware, and software components.
- Provide technical support for resolving hardware and software issues.
- Conduct system monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure hardware and system availability.
- Perform software and firmware upgrades on a regular basis.
- Assist with the integration of new technologies and applications into existing systems.
- Test system patches and manage server builds and updates.
- Address system anomalies and optimize performance through tuning activities.
