Basic cleaning: clean restrooms, clean break rooms, empty waste baskets, vacuum, sweeping and mopping.
Some light maintenance duties will also apply: floor care, painting,
Requires: Bending, Kneeling, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting.

YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
We are looking for a dependable, responsible employee who will show up on time and work hard. You must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time and will be responsible for meticulously cleaning in office buildings.
You must have excellent customer service skills and be good at following directions. Job duties include but are not limited to: - vacuuming - Emptying trash receptacles -Mopping -Posting wet floor signs -Cleaning bathrooms, counter tops, desk areas -Maintaining bathroom and common area supplies -Dusting - cleaning entry ways, work spaces and common areas as needed -Spot cleaning glass windows/structures -Other janitorial duties as needed by the management -Following directions and being flexible with various cleaning tasks -Working independently -Being receptive to supervised quality control checks and continuous improvement -Having the ability to bend, lift, pull
Having reliable attendance and excellent work quality -
