What You’ll Do
We want someone with the desire to do, and takes pride in doing a good job. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all operational tasks are in order and completed on time. This will largely be accomplished by managing our existing CSAs. You will be working directly with our advisors, other operational staff, and our CPA partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage CSAs tasks and workloads to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Set the standard of excellence for the delivery of our client experience, including the physical and virtual environments in which we conduct client conversations
- Work with advisors to create workflows to ensure client expectations are met
- Ensure our advisors are free from most administrative tasks and able to be at their best every day
- Ensure our external partners and vendors are held accountable to established standards of excellence
- Contact and coordinate with our clients on routine needs, including cash management and meeting scheduling
- Work with our Compliance Manager to ensure the firm is compliant in all things
- Manage all communications between our advisors and CPA partners
