Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing industrial health and safety equipment and systems by evaluating, planning, designing, and modifying manufacturing processes. This includes meeting or exceeding labor content and product cost standards utilizing good assembly methodologies, safety, and ergonomics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and serve on cross-functional product and process development teams
- Prepare routings, visual work instructions, manufacturing plans, value stream maps
- Facilitate continuous improvement for all processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2-4 years related experience in manufacturing or assembly processes
