**Responsibilities:*
- Evaluate, plan, design, and modify manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Develop and maintain process flow, PFMEA, and operation and maintenance documentation
- Lead cross-functional product and process development teams to drive innovation and growth
- Meet labor content and product cost standards using good assembly methodologies
- Collaborate with production associates to provide support and training as needed
- Implement error-proofing methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years related experience in manufacturing or assembly processes
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma theory and practices
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
