Position Responsibilities
- Project management
- New hire onboarding
- Employment verification
- State & Federal law compliance
- Data entry, filing, & record management
- Departmental research & development
- State licensing management
- Communication with all organizational levels
- Act as a subject matter expert for all posted positions
- Promote a fun and professional work environment at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work M-F 8a-5p plus rotational Sunday (About once a month for 2 hours)
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Flexibility with the ability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Excellent attendance in previous positions-required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & highly adaptable to change
- Highly focused with the ability to handle workflow interruptions
- Excellent time-management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Quick learner who can rapidly master new tasks and maintain accuracy
- Professional demeanor with a natural ability to be the 'face of the company' in-person, over the phone as well as with written correspondences.
- Proactive individual that can utilize their 'instincts' to think outside of the box
- Outstanding attention to details at all times
- Previous experience with handling confidential information
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Solid work history with an excellent attendance record
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Above average computer skills and the ability to rapidly learn new programs
- Demonstrated abilities to work harmoniously with all corporate divisions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- High School diploma or GED
- $15.00/hr
