**Job Title: Private Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Pilot - 2023 Cirrus SR22T**
**Location:** Sarasota Airport, Sarasota, FL
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Flight Training:** Provide comprehensive flight training to the aircraft owners, guiding them through the process of obtaining their private pilot license and instrument type rating.
2. **Aircraft Maintenance and Management:** Maintain detailed logs on the 2023 Cirrus SR22T, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and servicing of the aircraft as needed.
3. **Cleaning and Detailing:** Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft, both internally and externally, to the highest standards.
4. **Service Coordination:** Arrange and oversee any required service appointments for the aircraft, including scheduling and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
5. **Owner Transportation:** Conduct flights for the owners, transporting them safely and efficiently to various destinations throughout the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean region.
**Requirements:**
1. **FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI):** Must hold a valid FAA CFI certificate with appropriate ratings.
2. **Experience:** Demonstrated experience flying the Cirrus SR22T or similar aircraft, with a minimum of 1000 flight hours logged.
3. **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate with aircraft owners, providing clear and concise instruction during flight training sessions and maintaining open communication regarding aircraft maintenance and scheduling.
4. **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail required for maintaining accurate aircraft logs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness for the aircraft.
5. **Flexibility:** Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements, including weekend and evening flights.
6. **Professionalism:** Represent the owners and the aircraft with professionalism and integrity at all times, both in-flight and during interactions with aviation service providers and other stakeholders.
