Company Overview:

At Bulletproof Pond and Lake LLC, we don’t just move dirt—we craft stunning, acreage water features that turn properties into jaw-dropping landscapes. Since launching in 2019, we’ve been designing, building, and restoring ponds, lakes, and water structures with precision, passion, and just the right amount of obsession.

We’re a privately owned, non-union, and rapidly growing Pond and Lake Design and Excavation Specialty Company. Our team is setting our sights on becoming the best pond and lake construction company in the USA. (Ambitious? Maybe. But we don’t believe in small goals.) In the last year alone, we’ve doubled our growth, and we have no plans to slow down. If you’re wondering what fuels us—it’s a mix of craftsmanship, innovation, a solid team we enjoy working together alongside, pretty awesome clients, and some days honestly probably way too much caffeine.

Our projects primarily cater to rural, high-end residential clients who share our love for the outdoors and perfectly executed acreage water features. Every team member here plays a critical role in our success, and as we continue to scale, the opportunities (and the need for top-tier talent) only grow.

Curious about seeing what we do? You can check out our work on our website, YouTube, and social media—and trust us, there’s plenty more on the way. (Just wait till we get our in-house marketing team fully up and running. You’ll be seeing even more of the epic things we’re building, with even better angles.)

BEFORE you dive into the job application, take a minute to check out our website. Seriously, just a few moments of your time. You’ll find everything you need to know first—our social media, YouTube channel, and plenty of project highlights—all in one place (and don’t worry, we actually made sure it’s not a cluttered mess or a snooze-fest to scroll through.) Go give it a look and see for yourself what we’re all about so you can see if this is something you’re actually interested in before taking the time to fill out this application:

Why Should You Work Here?

Sure, we offer some solid benefits—especially for a small growing company– (although just imagine where those will be at in a few years.) But what truly sets us apart is our culture. We’re a team of hardworking, like-minded people who know how to get the job done while keeping things real. No corporate nonsense here, no major micromanaging—just a laid-back, no-BS and no politics environment where you can be yourself (as long as you’re not an a-hole, of course) and our team has the privilege of enjoying working outdoors with clients who actually often appreciate what we do.

We’re constantly improving—not just as a company, but as a team. Your input actually matters here. We’re actively bringing in more leaders and team members to help distribute responsibilities, support growth, and take some of the load off our current operators. We’ve built (and continue refining) organized SOPs and systems to make all of our lives easier and improve overall quality of work and life. If you’re resistant to change and taking an initiative, don’t really enjoy embracing new modern tools and techniques, don’t like learning or adapting to alternative options, and prefer in simple terms a more-so set-it-and-forget-it kind of job, OR if you’re mostly just interested in benefits and pay alone, this certainly isn’t the place for you (let’s both save each other the headache now versus later). We thrive on blunt honesty, constant learning, and adapting to be better every day.

Many of our team members have relocated from states away to be part of something different—something less corporate and more fulfilling. We’re a tight-knit crew that values communication, efficiency, investing in each other and growth, both personally (individually) and as a company.

Our mission is to bring people and families together through water structures—including our own team. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, we’d love to have you.
