Concrete Restoration Project Manager
Description :
- Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
- Monitor / control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent / Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
- Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
- Attend project meetings
- Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
- Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance
