Responsibilities for the role include :
- Supporting the daily activities of the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to project closeout
- Administering the change management process in collaboration with the project manager
- Supports subcontract awards and scope review process. Takes the lead role in awarding smaller scopes of work.
- Runs or participates in OAC meetings and drafting meeting minutes
- Supports, implement and tracks the overall project schedule
