What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach Middle School Girls Lacrosse position at Bullis School?
The Bullis School Athletic Department is looking to hire a qualified Head Junior Varsity Coach for our Baseball Program. This is a part-time, seasonal position, paid through a stipend, and is not benefit-eligible. The person in this role will work with student-athletes in an environment with high academic expectations. Upper School practices run from Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Game times extend beyond our practice times.
Essential Functions
- Guide the personal development of each student-athlete on the roster.
- Organize, communicate, and execute daily practice plans.
- Prepare and condition athletes.
- Lead game day equipment preparations and set up
- Coordinate with Athletics to create social media content
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Coaching and playing experience preferred
- Willingness to attend professional development workshops.
