You will join the Custody and Payments (CAP) Java Engineering Team to contribute to their fiat payment initiatives. We are a group of Java backend engineers from a variety of backgrounds specializing in the development of blockchain oracles, accomplishing this through close interaction with our smart contract engineers. We also partner closely with our security teams to ensure client funds are secure at all times while they are in our safekeeping. Our main role is to facilitate fund movements in both directions between our clients and the Bullish platform. We utilize our own private blockchain for all assets held on the exchange.
The Role :
As a strong Java engineer in the team, you will be primarily responsible for the development of our fiat microservices with the opportunity to work on our broader set of services. The fiat services are required to integrate with multiple third-party fiat payment APIs as well as our internal blockchain. We are a team that values technical excellence demonstrated through easy to read, secure, and well-tested code. We are looking for quick learners who are also highly motivated; the individual will need an appreciation for connectivity to a wide range of fiat payment service providers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design, build, test, and maintain reliable Java backend code.
- Support the onboarding of additional fiat payment service providers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and global engineering teams.
