Bullish Structures is a startup business owned by Junk Raider, Charlotte’s #1 junk removal company since 2018. We’re on a mission to become the most trusted name in shed construction, with ambitious goals to expand into new markets quickly and responsibly.

We’re looking for a talented and driven Shed Builder to join our team and help build a strong foundation for our growing company.

What You’ll Do:
As a Shed Builder, you’ll play a pivotal role in our operations, bringing your extensive carpentry expertise to construct high-quality sheds and other structures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Framing: Assemble structures with precision and craftsmanship.
• Drywall: Install and finish interior walls.
• Roofing: Ensure roofs are sturdy, durable, and built to last.
• Electrical and Flooring: Handle electrical wiring and flooring installations where needed.
• Optional Skills: Painting and plumbing experience are a bonus but not required.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly contribute to our reputation for quality while helping the business grow into new territories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in carpentry and general construction.

• High standards for productivity and quality.

Our goal is to build (at least) one shed per day, Mon-Fri. We will be developing processes & workflows to support this, which requires the individual to be open-minded & eager to grow with us.

This could mean overseeing a small team of other "builders," managerial type duties, & generally a great cultural influence.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
