We’re helping our client find a Full Stack Engineer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the core product. As an early team member, you'll be instrumental in building the platform that becomes the go-to application for users to find all work-related information. Please note that this is not a remote role and this is an in-person role based in San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do :
- Building a consumer grade UI experience for our GenAI Chat, Enterprise Search, and Admin / Curation features
- Improving the flexibility and quality of the search pipeline, building a semantic understanding of customer organizations, extending the current permission / access controls, and expanding the knowledge curation features
- Implementing the latest approaches in NLP research like LLM based Knowledge Graphs, StructRAG, Agent Search, etc. to increase the range of questions the system can answer
- Own the entire development cycle of new features, from conception to production
- Collaborate with founders to shape and influence the direction of the product and contribute to the engineering strategy
