What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Instructional Health Assistant - Zoneton Middle position at Bullitt County Schools?
The position is ONLY for the 2024-2025 school year.
Candidate will provide assistance for students with special needs particularly students with learning behavior disabilities.
Candidate will need to be able to attend training for the position.
Candidate must meet all qualifications necessary to be hired for the position as instructional assistant.

This position is for 6.5 hours per day and 183 days per year.
170 student instructional days, 4 paid holidays, 7 planning days and 2 extended days
Contracted days will be adjusted depending upon start date.)
Step 0 : $15.59
Step 10 : $19.19
New employees to the district may bring in up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience. (NOTE : It will be the responsibility of the applicant hired to submit the BCPS verification of experience form to their prior employer to complete and return to HR.)
This position is considered a ten month employee on the pay schedule. 4 paychecks will be paid at the end of June.
Formula to calculate salary
hours per day x hourly rate = daily rate
daily rate x contracted days = salary
salary / # of pays left = gross biweekly pay
