Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
- Conduct repairs using stick welding techniques as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage maintenance tasks using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in stick welding and familiarity with various welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience using voltmeters and other precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
