Specializing in office investments, the firm has deployed significant capital across multiple markets and continues to grow through strategic acquisitions. The Opportunity
The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ARGUS underwriting and financial modeling in Excel for potential acquisitions.
- Assist in due diligence, market research, and investment strategy execution.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making.
- Support negotiations and deal structuring alongside senior leadership.
- Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to track portfolio performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of real estate acquisitions experience, preferably in the office sector.
- Proficiency in ARGUS (certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
