To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills and deep interpersonal relationship skills. You will be managing and training our installers, and be expected to interact with our customers daily. Having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing Bullseye Garage Doors.
Duties
- Effectively train how to Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and related hardware.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to install various types of garage doors.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
- Conduct regular inspections of installed doors to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Requirements
- Management experience and training background
- Proven experience in fixture installation or related construction work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with locksmithing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
