Firearms Sales Associate

Bullseye Guns Inc is looking for another team member to add to our Range and Gun Shop! Sales associates create a safe and secure environment while educating customers and fulfilling their needs. Our sales associates work with a full selection of firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition. Employees will work successfully in all departments of the store (handguns, long guns, etc.) also work as Range Officers supervising our indoor shooting range, as well as assist with maintenance of indoor shooting range.

Please note that previous firearm industry experience or firearm retail experience is not required. We are looking for an individual who is eager to join the growing firearms industry and on site training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and load outs
• Give consistent quality customer service ensuring a successful shopping experience
• Merchandise, stock, and assemble merchandise
• Be familiar with all advertised items and their locations
• Greet all customers who are within ten feet of you
• Practice sound safety knowledge & best practices for materials handling
• Use general office equipment to include a computer
• File paperwork quickly and accurately
• Ability to use point-of-sale system to complete transactions
• Frequently operate keyboard to enter information
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with customers and co-workers (in-person and via electronic devices)
• Ability to move up to 20 pounds repetitively and 21-50 pounds intermittently
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties

• Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to always maintain a safe and secure working environment while maintaining a friendly disposition.
• Gun shop and range experience is a plus!

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Gun shop/range experience not required
- Must be able to accomplish physical tasks such as lifting ammo cases and other regular shipments
- Criminal background check(Must have clean background)
- Bilingual (preferred)

-Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs.
- U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in United States

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
