Key Responsibilities

Personnel Management

- Lead and inspire a team of plumbers, sales, and support staff
- Drive a culture of Safety, Quality, and Accountability
Department Operations
The general manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
- Seek opportunities for new work projects in residential and light commercial markets
- Support and guide sales in developing and closing new business opportunities
Office
The general manager will manage the company calendar, including time off, trainings, company events, and birthdays.

- Maintain office and building supply inventory and manage budget for internal expenses
Financial/Accounting

Prepares Monthly Financial Packet
The general manager will prepare a monthly financial packet, including bank reconciliation reports, GL detail reports, and open call reports.
