Job Summary:
Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager
- Provide day to day leadership and management focused on the core values of the Company.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, responsibility and accountability through employee engagement and leading by example.
- Provide a hands on leadership in lean manufacturing, including evaluating existing systems and processes and recommending improvements.
- Develop and manage daily priorities that drive production schedules to meet inventory, cost and quality goals.
- Perform diversified work assignments as needed.
- Create a safe working environment, pride in workmanship and team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- A minimum of five years of major professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of projects and teams.
- A minimum of five years manufacturing management experience.
