Job Description: Production Associate
The Production Associate position is responsible for performing various machine operation/manufacturing duties in a safe and efficient manner to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Fluently speak, read and write in English, required.
2. Experience driving some type of vehicle, required.
3. 1 or more years of manufacturing experience required.
4. High school diploma/GED, or equivalent, preferred.
5. Stable employment history.
6. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
7. Basic operational ability for Windows-based PC (Turn on, enter, save). 8. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members. 9. Able to work a flexible schedule, at times, and overtime.

Essential Duties:
1. Comply with all safety requirements, utilize the STOP program, and maintain clean/orderly work areas.
2. Successfully complete all required trainings and attend/participate in required team meetings.
3. Installs and feeds progressively smaller dies in machine and repeats operations until wire diameter meets work order specifications.
4. Inserts wire into machine, feeds mechanism, starts machine and monitors machines operations.
5. Turn setscrews to secure roller die in machine.
6. Loads spool of wire on spindle and threads wire through machine and around take up reel.
7. Starts machine and adjust controls to regulate speed and temperature to required specifications.
8. Record production information in computerized or manual system packets.
9. Must monitor the quality of all product being worked on. Immediately notify a supervisor of any non-conformances.
10. Perform material handling/relocation via forklift when needed.
11. Performs daily safety and mechanical checks of machine employee is working on to ensure machine is safe and running properly. Notify maintenance immediately of any operational issues.

Standing, walking, bending, pulling -100% of the time.
