The Impact You Will Make
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for coordinating creative and design projects and assigned integrated projects from request to completion. This includes managing deadlines, and ensuring information and resources flow efficiently in a timely and organized manner.
We are looking for a highly organized and deadline focused individual to join our creative operations team in a role that manages the day-to-day flow of creative projects. These creative projects will include but are not limited to: Print ads, OOH campaigns, Static design, GIF’s, HTML5’s, as well as potentially light-lift video edits and website development.
Salary Range - $55,000 - $58,000
BPI follows a hybrid work arrangement with the expectation to work from one of our offices (NYC, DC, Chi, SF, LA) at least 3 days a week.
- Review creative and design project requests to ensure complete and clear intake of all requests
- Prioritize projects, adjust workflow, and provide updates to the department during scheduled meetings
- Track projects through all phases: from request to delivery of final assets to ensure the accuracy and timely execution of projects
- Provide updates to the creative team accordingly, informing creative leadership of any project-related issues
- Function as a creative problem solver who knows every detail of assigned projects/clients
- Act as the first line of defense for the creative team to ensure we have all of the information needed to handle the request and ensure that mid-senior members of the team can focus on their work
- Ensure that the work requested is within scope, and flag for both creative and account leadership if work is outside of scope
The ideal candidate brings:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactivity and a willingness to ensure project success.
- Familiarity with graphic design and the creative process is a plus, but not required.
