We are an ambitious, quickly expanding team looking for a Graphic Designer who can help us compete on a global scale. Role Overview: Capable of working independently or as part of a team, contributing to integrated campaigns that span brand reputation, public affairs, and social impact marketing. You’ll help translate strategy and concepts into polished visual assets that engage, inform, and inspire.
- Salary range - $75,000 - $85,000
- Expectation to work from one of our offices at least 3 days a week
You will:
- Design and produce visual assets across digital and print, including social content, display ads, email graphics, presentation decks, infographics, and more.
- Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into polished, visually engaging deliverables.
- Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure consistency across projects while tailoring design to meet each client’s unique goals and voice.
- Stay on top of digital trends, social design best practices, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-turnaround requests with longer-term assignments.
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and help ideate visual approaches to campaign needs.
You bring:
- 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across both digital and print.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides; experience with Figma or motion design is a bonus.
- A passion for purposeful, strategic design that communicates clearly and creatively, with a distinct visual point of view.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re a reliable team player who’s also confident working independently.

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role to include but not limited to a targeted base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and generous benefits. Actual base and bonus compensation will be determined by a wide variety of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and other qualifications.
