Bully Pulpit International (BPI) is seeking a Talent Manager to help build and grow the expanding Talent department. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Talent, you'll leverage your Human Resources experience and passion for people to own and drive tactical people functions in a global agency while supporting the strategy and growth of the Talent group.

- Salary range - $85,000 - $95,000
- Expectation to work from our Washington, DC Office on core days (Tue, Wed, Thu)
- HR Operations, Policy, and Compliance
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and communication
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and communicate changes to employees
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate meaningful reports and insights
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to fill, and employee engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- HRIS Management
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Process employee data entries and updates
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide technical support to users
- Compensation and Benefits
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, time off, and other perks
- Organize and lead open enrollment periods
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear and concise guidance
- Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards
- Maintain records of performance reviews and related documentation
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR or people functions
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and policy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport, mediate conflicts, and work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing circumstances as well as new technologies and approaches
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
